Responsibilities
Collaborate with Global Category Manager(s), internal partners and Professional services suppliers / vendors within the following categories: Legal Services including Compliance and Trade, Insurance, Communications, Government Services and Marketing
Negotiate and report cost savings and rebates negotiated by Global Category Manager(s)
Monitor and report on expiring Contracts
Initiate and support RFP/RFQ bids and analysis. Additionally, handle supplier evaluation, supplier qualification, supplier selection, and supplier development.
Conduct negotiations, including Master Service Agreements.
Deliver excellence in procurement activities and support Global Category Manager(s) through a structured category management process including spend analytics, strategy development, negotiations.
Use tools and techniques to profile, benchmark, assess supply chain risks and trends to ensure security of supply within assigned categories. Examples include SAP, Ariba, PRIME, WAVE, SpendTool, and Power BI
Manage spend through market and competitive analysis, creation of leverage and professional negotiations to secure the best cost, quality, and service to meet business need.
Plan, align, and engage with team to deliver results and savings
Perform supplier relationship management including the tracking of service level agreements and main indicators.
Support reconciliation activities relating to supplier accounts, develop and monitor action plans.
Plan and participate in quarterly business reviews with preferred suppliers and Category Manager(s).
Continuously seek out opportunities to further improve bottom-line company performance through sourcing projects, supplier communications, quality, payment terms, value stream mapping, supply chain optimization and continuous improvement projects with suppliers.
Maintain awareness of applicable export control regulations to ensure compliance and follow corporate procedures including ethical standards.
Work with the Operational Pillar and Commercial Indirect Pillar to ensure understanding and execution of the agreed category strategies.
Support Global Category Manager(s) and collaborate with partners to gain full understanding in category and our goals.
Gather feedback from partners through VOC (Voice of the Customer) satisfaction survey.
Help develop and execute the Management Operating System (MOS)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1+ year of experience - indirect supply chain experience preferred vs. other areas of supply chain
Experience with Professional Services categories - Legal Services, Compliance and Trade, Insurance, Communications, Government Services and Marketing
Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
Apply strategic decision‑making, advanced problem‑solving, and structured project leadership to deliver high‑impact results.
Efficiently manage complex workloads with accuracy under tight deadlines while delivering resolutions and responsive support to company partners.
Constantly identify creative solutions to streamline processes

Understanding of Procure to Pay processes including Icertis, SAP/Ariba, ERP Systems and Cost Savings Tracking Systems (Wave)
Experience with Professional Services (HR), Legal, IT Software, Facilities and MRO
