About the role

  • Develop growth strategies based on detailed data analysis, using tools such as Google Analytics, media platforms, and CRM.
  • Diagnose bottlenecks in the conversion funnel and propose A/B tests and adjustments to maximize results.
  • Perform predictive analyses to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Build productive and collaborative relationships with colleagues, leadership, and clients, contributing to a healthy, high-performance work environment. You will also be responsible for proactively managing crises by diagnosing situations and implementing solutions that restore trust and ensure excellence in deliverables. This is a technical, specialist profile with strong analytical skills and mastery of digital media tools and concepts.
  • Prior experience managing performance marketing campaigns is considered a valuable plus. We are looking for someone who can produce and present reports and strategic materials clearly, impactfully, and aligned with client objectives.
  • You will be responsible for driving clients' strategies, ensuring their goals are met efficiently and recommending course corrections when necessary. You will act as the technical lead in managing daily activities, ensuring deadlines are organized, reporting results, and proposing continuous improvements. Your work will be essential to align expectations and ensure excellence in workflows with internal and external clients, always focusing on delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

  • PowerPoint: Ability to create clear, attractive, high-impact presentations for different audiences.
  • Excel: Intermediate proficiency for data analysis, report creation, and process optimization.
  • Digital Marketing with a focus on Growth: Knowledge of key KPIs and disciplines (media, SEO, data, creative, CRM) to build and support client strategies.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to manage projects efficiently and flexibly.
  • Strong Communication: Excellence in conveying ideas, promoting clear alignment across teams, and engaging with clients.
