About the role
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
- Respond proactively to customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues quickly
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
- Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
- Analyze market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and assist with forecasts and budget planning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales promotion activities
- Support the senior sales team on key accounts and complex projects
- Participate in internal meetings and training to further develop skills
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Initial professional experience in sales or account management, ideally in the IT or telecommunications sector
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- High customer orientation and confident presence
- Independent, proactive and results-oriented working style
- Team player with flexibility
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
