Responsibilities
You position TA Triumph-Adler as a solutions provider and develop customer-specific concepts that can include hardware, software and services
In addition to managing long-standing existing customers, acquiring new customers is also a core part of your responsibilities
With internal support you take responsibility for configuring and costing your projects and ultimately for preparing the proposals
To bring a project to a successful close, you coordinate all internal partners involved and accompany all target-oriented actions and negotiation meetings with decision-makers at customer and prospect organizations
Requirements
Ideally you bring industry experience from the document business, either from another manufacturer or from specialist dealers, and have experience in solution selling
You have the ability and perseverance to bring technically demanding projects to a successful conclusion
You naturally enjoy working in a team and possess negotiation skills and presentation confidence at executive (management) level with customers
Implementing measures to ensure long-term customer retention is one of your strengths
