About the role

  • Key Account Manager focused on maintaining relationships in Premium Retail for Tweezerman. Ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals through collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Tweezerman’s Premium customer base
  • Partner with customer service, finance, marketing, operations, planning & supply chain teams to ensure the needs of the customer are met
  • Develop programs and strategies to maximize profitability within their assigned account base
  • Assortment review, including SKU Rationalization exercises
  • Terms of Business Co-Op, trade spend, allowance
  • Forecasting Profitability Purchase Orders Sell In Monthly reporting Sell Out
  • Analyze selling & inventory on a WTD, MTD, QTD, STD, YTD basis to identify risks & opportunities
  • Support new product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Presentation and preparation for all account meetings
  • Monthly/quarterly reconciliation with Finance for all customers
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Requirements

  • B.S. degree preferred, Associate’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in CPG industry, Beauty or Cosmetics category a plus
  • Strong analytical ability, familiar with Syndicated/Portal Data, POS
  • Superior presentation skills, problem solving, interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should be bright, energetic and a quick study
  • Proficient in Power Point, Excel and easily adaptable to internally software programs
  • Team player, excellent oral and written communication skills
