About the role

  • Account Manager at Direct Digital Holdings managing campaigns and client communications for advertising solutions. Focused on project management, reporting, and optimizing performance for client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of assigned campaigns across 30+ clients, managing budgets, timelines, and communication.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and keeping them informed through clear and concise communication.
  • Facilitate smooth campaign launches, onboarding clients, reviewing materials, and collaborating with internal teams like ad ops and copywriters.
  • Utilize project management tools to ensure on-time delivery, track deadlines, and proactively address potential challenges.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement bi-weekly adjustments to optimize results.
  • Proactively find opportunities to generate additional revenue by identifying upsell potential and presenting to sales managers.
  • Conduct mid-campaign audits to provide insightful reports and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Generate insightful reports and presentations, presenting key findings to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain 85% yearly client retention and renewal rate.
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, or another related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of agency experience, preferably in digital marketing, is required.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships.
  • Data-driven problem solver with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
  • Proactive and organized, with a meticulous eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, etc.) and Google Suite is required.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
