About the role

  • Serve as an intermediary between key stakeholders: talent agents, brands, and Dulcedo talents.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with talents and brands during and after collaborations, offering support and guidance to strengthen relationships.
  • Support outbound public relations initiatives by drafting outreach emails and helping create communication templates.
  • Prepare and package PR gifting shipments intended for talents.
  • Participate in strategic planning of talents' social media content.
  • Learn to draft and assist in preparing Statements of Work (SOW) for upcoming partnerships.
  • Keep partnership and performance tracking records up to date.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with a bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, business, or communications.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively while maintaining a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual French/English is a significant plus.
  • Passionate about influencer marketing and the creator economy — an interest in fitness or beauty is an asset.
  • Strong interest in social media and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of or curiosity about public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships.
  • Eager to start a career in talent management and influencer marketing.

Benefits

  • Duration: 16 weeks
  • Schedule: Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week)
  • Compensation: Although our internships are unpaid, a $500 stipend is provided at the end of the 16-week program.
