Serve as an intermediary between key stakeholders: talent agents, brands, and Dulcedo talents.
Maintain ongoing engagement with talents and brands during and after collaborations, offering support and guidance to strengthen relationships.
Support outbound public relations initiatives by drafting outreach emails and helping create communication templates.
Prepare and package PR gifting shipments intended for talents.
Participate in strategic planning of talents' social media content.
Learn to draft and assist in preparing Statements of Work (SOW) for upcoming partnerships.
Keep partnership and performance tracking records up to date.
Requirements
Recent graduate or early-career professional with a bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, business, or communications.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively while maintaining a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual French/English is a significant plus.
Passionate about influencer marketing and the creator economy — an interest in fitness or beauty is an asset.
Strong interest in social media and marketing strategies.
Knowledge of or curiosity about public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships.
Eager to start a career in talent management and influencer marketing.
Benefits
Duration: 16 weeks
Schedule: Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week)
Compensation: Although our internships are unpaid, a $500 stipend is provided at the end of the 16-week program.
