Meet customers in the Bay Area locally and frequently
Build and maintain critical relationships with the Customer’s Engineering teams locally in the Bay Area and Austin, as well as with extended teams in Asia
Become the application expert and present Customer application solution designs and future technical trends to stakeholders
Drive new and custom designs in coordination with internal and external teams
Support Salesforce pipeline entries, S&OP forecasting, and related revenue tools
Provide regular updates and reports on account performance, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives
Work closely with another Account Manager and report directly to the Global Account Manager to drive account growth through relationship building and securing new design wins
Requirements
Must be in the San Jose Bay Area (Bay Area, CA)
5 to 7 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles
Familiarity and experience selling to enterprise customers (strongly preferred)
Knowledge of Cloud architecture (server, switch, storage, AI, related ICs, and protocols)
Background in interconnects, copper cables, and optics (strongly preferred)
BS degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience (preferred)
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with Salesforce pipeline entries and S&OP forecasting
Ability to build and maintain relationships with engineering teams across Bay Area, Austin, and Asia
Willingness to travel 10% to 25%
