Responsibilities
Develop Danfoss Cooling business in HVAC-R industry, mainly with wholesalers, OEMs, and contractors
Executing the business growth strategies to grow our share of wallet & bring in trading disciplines
Monitoring the market, competitors, and partners’ customers to have most compelling offer
Managing and monitoring the indirect sales and partner channels by each partner channel and product segments
Deliver high quality level of Danfoss technology solutions to customers
Conduct technical/product training to partners to improve their skill and knowledge
Increase project pipeline, hunting new opportunities and reach target win amount by collaborating with partners, meeting customers’ customers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Refrigeration) or Business
Prior sales experience working with distribution system, OEMs or contractors within the air conditioning or industrial refrigeration market segments; or 3-12 years technical or sales related experience in air conditioning of refrigeration with understanding in refrigeration cycle
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good command of English language is essential
Strong sense of collaboration and willingness to learn from others
