About the role

  • Develop Danfoss Cooling business in HVAC-R industry, mainly with wholesalers, OEMs, and contractors
  • Executing the business growth strategies to grow our share of wallet & bring in trading disciplines
  • Monitoring the market, competitors, and partners’ customers to have most compelling offer
  • Managing and monitoring the indirect sales and partner channels by each partner channel and product segments
  • Deliver high quality level of Danfoss technology solutions to customers
  • Conduct technical/product training to partners to improve their skill and knowledge
  • Increase project pipeline, hunting new opportunities and reach target win amount by collaborating with partners, meeting customers’ customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Refrigeration) or Business
  • Prior sales experience working with distribution system, OEMs or contractors within the air conditioning or industrial refrigeration market segments; or 3-12 years technical or sales related experience in air conditioning of refrigeration with understanding in refrigeration cycle
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English language is essential
  • Strong sense of collaboration and willingness to learn from others
