About the role

  • Supervise and execute negotiated partnerships for our talent from start to finish, ensuring all contractual terms are met.
  • Track performance by evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and present comprehensive end-of-partnership reports detailing successes, challenges, and key insights to guide future strategies.
  • Develop content strategies and concepts, using social analytics and trends to maintain high engagement rates and ensure content effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with talent and Dulcedo staff during and after collaborations to ensure each talent maintains a consistent and impactful social presence.
  • Actively participate in the agency experience for talent by being involved in onboarding, quarterly planning, and other key activities.
  • Assist with day-to-day talent management by providing scheduling support to help organize activities and ensure success.
  • Develop content strategies and concept ideas, relying on social analytics and trends to sustain high engagement rates and ensure content effectiveness.
  • Manage incoming PR requests, handle interview inquiries, respond to mailings, and process event invitations.
  • Contribute to outbound strategies, including talent acquisition, pitching interviews, gift outreach, event RSVPs, and outreach to new brands.
  • Attend on-site production days and talent events, providing on-site support to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Use appropriate tools and information channels to stay up to date on industry trends, serving as a valuable resource for the team.
  • Participate in our buddy program upon request, where you will be invited to mentor new Dulcedo hires and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or public relations, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Interest in creators focused on lifestyle, beauty, NHL, and comedy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record managing tasks, attention to detail, meeting multiple deadlines, following processes, and effective multitasking.
  • Good understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations.
  • Demonstrated team player attitude, with a collaborative approach and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Experience presenting alongside business development teams and clients is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of online communities in fashion, beauty, and entertainment.
  • Experience managing influencer/talent partnerships and evaluating social and industry performance metrics.
  • Strong mediation skills with experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and expectation management.
  • Proven experience communicating directly with talent and corporate clients.
