About the role

  • Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)
  • Update CRM with all communication according to standards
  • Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained
  • Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)
  • Qualify and follow up all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) with clients and hotels
  • Upselling approach when dealing with clients
  • Provide chain-wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage
  • Offer alternative solutions when hotels are not available
  • Assist with business travel queries and individual queries when required
  • Work on external lists and other platforms when required

Requirements

  • Bilingual or proficient in English (English required)
  • Great organization and communication skills
  • Positive work attitude
  • Experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Sales background
  • Hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory)
  • Experience in using CRMs (beneficial but not mandatory)
  • Willingness to participate in sales activities and meet KPIs
