Account Manager responsible for maximizing restaurant clients' value from AI platform. Collaborating with teams to drive delivery performance and improve operational excellence.
About the role
- Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)
- Update CRM with all communication according to standards
- Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained
- Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)
- Qualify and follow up all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) with clients and hotels
- Upselling approach when dealing with clients
- Provide chain-wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage
- Offer alternative solutions when hotels are not available
- Assist with business travel queries and individual queries when required
- Work on external lists and other platforms when required
Requirements
- Bilingual or proficient in English (English required)
- Great organization and communication skills
- Positive work attitude
- Experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Sales background
- Hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory)
- Experience in using CRMs (beneficial but not mandatory)
- Willingness to participate in sales activities and meet KPIs
