- Facilitate positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and insurance carrier staff
- Manage a book of commercial lines accounts
- Marketing to carriers, preparing quotes and proposals
- Quickly respond to policy inquiries (email, phone)
- Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
- Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
- Maintain accurate and organized account files
Requirements
- Previous insurance experience is strongly preferred for this role
- High school diploma/GED (college preferred)
- Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
