About the role

  • Facilitate positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and insurance carrier staff
  • Manage a book of commercial lines accounts
  • Marketing to carriers, preparing quotes and proposals
  • Quickly respond to policy inquiries (email, phone)
  • Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
  • Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and organized account files

Requirements

  • Previous insurance experience is strongly preferred for this role
  • High school diploma/GED (college preferred)
  • Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
