About the role

  • Establishing, maintaining, and growing share in the territory by expanding sales to existing customers and developing new business opportunities.
  • Optimize the company’s position by improving revenue and margin according to established regional goals and objectives.
  • Remain current on market conditions that have an impact on the region and use the information to anticipate market changes for Sun, our customers, and our customers’ customers.
  • Orchestrate resources to gain the necessary support to meet our customers’ needs.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline, Business Administration or other relevant area of study desired
  • 5 years of successful sales or technical sales experience, preferably in the printing ink, flexible packaging or commercial sheetfed industry
  • Experience in Chemical Distribution Sales, Graphic Arts Sales, or Printing is also highly desirable
  • Track record of professional sales accomplishments
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or other CRM software
  • True “roll-up-the-sleeves and get it done/whatever it takes” attitude
