Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients
Developing good business relationships that lead to loans, deposits and other banking products

Develops and manages a significant and dynamic loan and deposit portfolio
Develops business checking and deposit relationships with customers
Analyzes potential loan markets to develop new prospects
Performs pre-qualification assessment and analysis of financial condition and risk
Gathers and analyzes all information necessary to present a financing request for approval
Solicits, negotiates, underwrites and coordinates the closing of business loans
Ensures loans are processed according to agreement and customer needs
Reviews Monthly financial reporting, borrowing bases, and compliance certificates
Requirements
Thorough understanding of financial services and banking products
Strong underwriting and portfolio management skills
Results driven.
Financial modeling experience and comfort
Ability to manage complex credits and client relationships
Background in cash flow lending for sponsor-backed borrowers a plus
Thrives in a dynamic and remote work environment
Skilled communicator (written and verbal)
Strong ability to lead and motivate junior staff
Ability to interpret financial data and reports and when necessary, recommend appropriate actions
