About the role
- Manage a portfolio of assigned hotel accounts and maintain relationships with existing partners
- Ensure client satisfaction and work on retention tasks
- Drive revenue growth through upselling fixed-price products and selling solutions to non-target hotels
- Work with marketing leads to sell to non-target hotels
- Perform contract management and re-contracting processes
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and contribute to the company's financial health
- Collaborate internally and produce operational reporting and other operational tasks
- Participate in business trips across the Philippines region
Requirements
- Based in Cebu, Philippines
- At least 2 years sales experience within the hospitality or technology industry for hoteliers
- Client focus, communication skills, readiness for an intense rhythm of work and a lot of business trips around Philippines region
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English and Filipino
- Comfortable with CRM and computer software
- Availability to use private car
- Knowledge of key hoteliers in the country (would be a plus)
- Knowledge of IT providers for hospitality (would be a plus)
- Membership in Hotel/Travel Associations/ Event experience in Travel Trade Shows (would be a plus)
