About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned hotel accounts and maintain relationships with existing partners
  • Ensure client satisfaction and work on retention tasks
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling fixed-price products and selling solutions to non-target hotels
  • Work with marketing leads to sell to non-target hotels
  • Perform contract management and re-contracting processes
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) and contribute to the company's financial health
  • Collaborate internally and produce operational reporting and other operational tasks
  • Participate in business trips across the Philippines region

Requirements

  • Based in Cebu, Philippines
  • At least 2 years sales experience within the hospitality or technology industry for hoteliers
  • Client focus, communication skills, readiness for an intense rhythm of work and a lot of business trips around Philippines region
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English and Filipino
  • Comfortable with CRM and computer software
  • Availability to use private car
  • Knowledge of key hoteliers in the country (would be a plus)
  • Knowledge of IT providers for hospitality (would be a plus)
  • Membership in Hotel/Travel Associations/ Event experience in Travel Trade Shows (would be a plus)
