About the role
- Sell Infobip’s cloud communication solutions to high-touch clients in China; acquire new logos, manage accounts, and drive NRR, cross-sell and upsell.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities with current leads, clients, and prospective key clients from a focus target list
- Sell Infobip’s product/service offering to high-touch clients in the designated territory
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
- Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
- Support end-to-end client relationship for the first 12 rolling months (including NRR, cross-sell, upsell & acquisitions)
- Maintain account health and strong client relationships as a trusted partner
- Keep the CRM system up to date with progress on each prospect or client
- Provide direction and mentoring to others; report into Chapter Lead
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management with high-touch or enterprise clients
- Experience using CRM systems and keeping CRM up to date
- Ability to identify new business opportunities from leads and target account lists
- Ability to develop solution proposals and value propositions
- Experience with sales forecasting, account strategy, planning, and account resource allocation
- Negotiation skills for pricing and contractual agreements
- Experience managing client relationships (NRR, cross-sell, upsell and acquisitions) for the first 12 months
- Ability to mentor and provide direction to others
- Advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization
