About the role

  • Account Executive managing client relationships at AlmapBBDO. Collaborating on advertising campaigns across digital and offline channels with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal alignment meetings to review briefs, understanding the activities to be executed and which departments will be involved in the job.
  • Understand the client’s business by monitoring social media and competitor actions (online and offline), research results, sales reports, etc.
  • Develop day-to-day briefs with validation from the Manager.
  • Organize the production process for videos, including influencer activities.
  • Prepare quotes by requesting information from Graphic Production, RTV, Art Buyer and other necessary suppliers, according to the type of work to be developed and the client’s budget.
  • Send campaign quotes to the client, follow up on approvals and inform the involved departments if adjustments are required.
  • Release materials required for placement, sending them to the supplier, client or finalization team as needed.
  • Serve the client, seeking approvals, understanding expectations and deadlines, and ensuring that produced materials align with the approved budget.
  • Organize meetings and ensure all resources needed for their execution are available.
  • Complete the weekly status report for each client, updating them on the job’s progress.
  • Organize and update client files.
  • Verify work authorizations, ensuring that produced items were billed correctly and releasing them for Billing via the internal system.
  • Perform other related activities as requested, instructed and/or supervised by your immediate superior to contribute to the team and your professional development.

Requirements

  • Experience in advertising account/client service
  • Experience with digital and offline campaigns
  • Understanding of deadlines and suppliers, and the ability to act as an informed liaison between both sides
  • Preferably experience with large-scale accounts and high-volume deliverables
