About the role

  • Sales Executive driving B2B sales for Data Wow Training programs. Managing client relationships and coordinating training solutions for corporate clients in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of **Data Wow Training programs**, including Public Training and In-House Corporate Training
  • Prospect and approach new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and outbound sales activities
  • Conduct client meetings (Online / On-site) to understand business needs and propose suitable training solutions
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up opportunities, and close sales to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding new customer base
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and operation teams to ensure smooth training delivery
  • Track pipeline and report sales performance aligned with defined KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least **2 years of experience in B2B sales**, preferably Training / Learning & Development / Service solutions
  • Experience selling corporate training, consulting, or professional services is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confident in cold calling, client meetings, and sales follow-ups
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Interest in **Data, AI, or Technology training** is a plus
