Responsibilities
You proactively acquire new partners: from identifying potential leads and making initial contact (including cold outreach), through pitching & demos, to closing contracts — you own the entire sales funnel.
You consult medical facilities as a trusted partner: you understand their challenges and co-create the right solution from our product portfolio.
You lead confident negotiations: whether practice owners, physicians, or administrative managers — you convince different decision-makers with empathy, clarity, and strong negotiation skills.
KPI-driven approach: you work data-driven, manage your funnel efficiently, and keep your goals and key metrics firmly in view.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a closing role within SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on the healthcare sector
Responsibility, initiative, and ownership: you bring deals to close with discipline and persistence
Proactive, independent working style and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong communication skills and a confident presence in customer conversations
Fluent German (spoken and written) and confident communication in English
