About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for acquiring new clients in the French wedding market with consultative sales approach. Hybrid role based in Barcelona requiring office presence twice a week.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
  • Management and expansion of the assigned client portfolio.
  • Provide training and consulting for clients on products/services.
  • Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify and engage new clients.
  • Reach out to inbound leads interested in premium services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in sales and B2B client management (new business development, client retention, and account management)
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent listening and communication abilities
  • Highly results-oriented, determined, and team-driven
  • A strong passion for sales and a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments
  • Native-level French and fluent English proficiency
