About the role

  • Account Executive ensuring sales target achievement through partner strategies and performance management in the retail sector.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure attainment of commercial targets agreed with your immediate supervisor and negotiated with retail partners holding contracts in your region.
  • Coordinate and monitor performance indicators of existing partners, guiding and training them to increase sales.
  • Promote interaction between partners and the support/service center.
  • Ensure maximization of agreed sales quality and efficiency levels to be achieved by retail partners.
  • Monitor delinquency and cancellation rates and develop customized action plans with partners to restore negotiated targets.
  • Secure the onboarding of qualified new retail partners in your region, according to guidance and priorities set by your immediate supervisor and commercial and legal requirements.
  • Identify and qualify potential partners through regional research and referrals, analyzing partners' commercial and legal capabilities.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction regarding commercial and administrative support initiatives.
  • Coordinate, develop, implement, and monitor commercial and administrative actions requested by partners.
  • Provide practical, straightforward solutions that exceed expectations; analyze needs and resolve issues and/or complaints, requesting support from technical and administrative teams.
  • Ensure retention and maintenance of retail partners who actively execute sales, as well as the recovery of those who were approved but are not executing sales.
  • Conduct specific trainings and encourage participation in courses offered by the Corporate Partnerships University, and keep partners informed about internal changes that affect their representation activities.
  • Contact and visit partners periodically, support sales administration, suggest strategies to boost results, and negotiate targets to optimize business profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with and optimization of your coordination area's budget and costs.
  • Control expenditures and correct any identified deviations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to increase your coordination area's productivity and reduce its costs.
  • Together with peers, reinforce the company's institutional image with various stakeholders and safeguard Embracon's interests with them.
  • Uphold and ensure adherence to the company's relationship policies with the business community, public and regulatory bodies, industry associations, etc.
  • Ensure commitment to the ethical principles that should guide internal and external professional relationships (suppliers, clients, competitors, public and private entities, etc.).
  • Promote and practice the company's ethical standards, operating principles, and corporate social responsibility.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Valid driver's license (CNH).
  • Availability to travel as needed.
