Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, Sales Directors, and Growth leaders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates from prospecting to contract signing.
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, analyze sales data, and forecast revenue performance.
Work closely with BDRs/SDRs to ensure smooth lead handoff and optimize outreach strategies.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor positioning to improve go-to-market strategies.
Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to VidLab7’s rapid growth in the AI sales automation space.
Stay ahead of AI-driven sales trends and industry best practices, leveraging insights to optimize sales approaches.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing deals.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, including consultative selling, value-based selling, and strategic account management.
