About the role

  • Own and drive the entire sales process for VidLab7’s AI-powered sales and marketing solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and personalized presentations to showcase the value of VidLab7.
  • Develop tailored solutions to help marketing, sales, and digital transformation leaders optimize their strategies with AI-driven automation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the evaluation process and positioning VidLab7 as a key revenue accelerator.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, Sales Directors, and Growth leaders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, analyze sales data, and forecast revenue performance.
  • Work closely with BDRs/SDRs to ensure smooth lead handoff and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor positioning to improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to VidLab7’s rapid growth in the AI sales automation space.
  • Stay ahead of AI-driven sales trends and industry best practices, leveraging insights to optimize sales approaches.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, including consultative selling, value-based selling, and strategic account management.
  • Experience managing mid-market to enterprise-level accounts, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and optimize sales performance.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Data-driven approach, leveraging KPIs, sales metrics, and analytics to refine outreach and closing strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Fluent in English.
