Account Executive for Fabricon driving new revenue through consultative sales of modular construction solutions. Managing projects and client relationships across Alabama, Florida, and Georgia territories.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue through full-cycle sales management of complex, high-value projects
Manage the entire sales pipeline from qualified lead through contract negotiation, closing, and handover to the project management team
Engage with senior decision-makers to understand their operational challenges
Lead sales efforts for projects involving customized design, engineering, construction management, and installation
Develop and execute a detailed annual business plan for your defined territory
Strategically manage key existing accounts to expand their use of Fabricon’s product offerings
Direct the creation of detailed, high-stakes proposals
Understand and leverage cooperative purchasing contracts for public sector clients
Spend significant time in the field conducting site visits and attending industry events
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of proven, measurable success in full-cycle, consultative B2B outside sales
Proven sales experience in modular buildings, commercial construction, equipment leasing/rental, capital equipment, or related specialized industrial solutions
Ability to analyze customer ROI, structure complex lease/purchase agreements, and effectively negotiate terms and pricing
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stage, six-figure-plus sales cycles
Must be comfortable with regular travel (up to 50%) within the assigned Southeast territory (primarily AL, FL and GA)
Expert use of CRM software (ie. Zoho, Salesforce) for pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and activity tracking
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred; extensive, relevant professional experience may substitute.
