About the role

  • Make 100–150 outbound calls daily or generate a minimum of 37 new applications per month
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process
  • Provide additional information to prospective clients as needed
  • Conduct rate analyses when required
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners
  • Support the in-house sales team as needed
  • Prepare materials for mailing campaigns
  • Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Attend tradeshows, association meetings, and events as needed
  • Promote value-added products such as Clover, Cash Advance, and Telecheck
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, required
  • Experience in banking or merchant services industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
  • Analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting statements
  • Team-oriented, assertive, goal-driven, and highly motivated
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
