About the role

  • Take ownership of key sales support activities, including creating and managing tenders in the CRM system
  • Coordinate pricing and assist Development Managers with multi-site opportunities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer and internal queries, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach
  • Maintain compliance processes such as Know Your Customer documentation and verify contract signatures
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
  • Monitor and manage the sales inbox and provide information to support sales reporting and forecasting
  • Proactively suggest improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Support the Business Development team to enable focus on growth while driving smooth sales operations

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales operations, sales support, or account executive/administrator role
  • Experience using CRM platforms for managing customer data, creating reports, and supporting sales processes
  • Familiarity with generating or supporting reports with experience using excel for reporting, data management etc
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond to multiple stakeholders, and prioritise effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on customer service
