Take ownership of key sales support activities, including creating and managing tenders in the CRM system
Coordinate pricing and assist Development Managers with multi-site opportunities
Act as the first point of contact for customer and internal queries, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach
Maintain compliance processes such as Know Your Customer documentation and verify contract signatures
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
Monitor and manage the sales inbox and provide information to support sales reporting and forecasting
Proactively suggest improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity
Support the Business Development team to enable focus on growth while driving smooth sales operations
Requirements
Experience in a sales operations, sales support, or account executive/administrator role
Experience using CRM platforms for managing customer data, creating reports, and supporting sales processes
Familiarity with generating or supporting reports with experience using excel for reporting, data management etc
Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond to multiple stakeholders, and prioritise effectively
Strong organisational skills with a focus on customer service
