Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you represent the company externally at client meetings, trade shows, and similar events.
You work closely with the Head of Sales and the CEO and support strategic deals.
Proactively identify and approach potential customers through active prospecting and networking.
Cold calling and testing new approaches are part of your responsibilities — our mission to save as much energy as possible only works if we actively reach out to potential customers.
You manage the entire sales process from first contact through to closing.
CRM: You help us effectively manage, analyze, and improve customer relationships.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
You are structured, disciplined, and bring strong motivation and a growth mindset.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and maintain long-term customer partnerships.
You are a team player and find it easy to motivate and inspire others.
You enjoy business travel as well as continuous professional development in sales.
An engineering or technical background is a plus.
You speak fluent German (at least C1) and have very good English skills, including in business conversations.
