About the role

  • Customer service representative managing customer inquiries and administrative tasks for a logistics company. Ensuring efficient processing of operations and enhancing service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Receiving, monitoring and administratively processing customer orders
  • Preparing reports and statistics
  • Participating in and implementing process optimizations
  • Calculating and preparing quotes in coordination with the relevant departments
  • Coordinating affected interfaces

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training (ideally with a focus on logistics services, freight forwarding, or trade)
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good German (C1) and good English (B2–C1)
