About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing and handover to Customer Success
  • Build a strong network across the electronics industry in the DACH market and attend sales fairs
  • Generate interest through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach and use prospecting tools
  • Qualify inbound leads via customer-centric discovery meetings to uncover pain and value
  • Run tailored product demonstrations and workshops with domain experts
  • Support customers with ROI calculations and prove value
  • Guide prospects through negotiations and close win-win deals and paperwork
  • Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success to deliver impact
  • Provide industry insights to product teams and consult with product experts
  • Track metrics and leading indicators and mentor junior Account Executives
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (must)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales / SaaS sales enthusiast
  • Ability to act as a strategic consultant (not transactional seller)
  • Experience selling to electronics industry stakeholders (OEMs, EMS) preferred
  • Proven pipeline generation skills (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, events)
  • Ability to run customer-centric discovery meetings and qualify leads
  • Experience running product demos, workshops, and product deep dives
  • Experience supporting ROI calculations to prove business impact
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals and perform smooth handovers to Customer Success
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and team retreats
