Account Executive responsible for achieving sales targets in safety solutions at Vizzia. Combines sales strategy with commercial communication techniques to drive success.
Responsibilities
The objective of the role will be to sign €350K ARR in the first year and €500K in the second year, while structuring the sales methodology and commercial messaging for the Safety product.
Hold the first 100 meetings within 3 months to help the team identify the right pitch, the right stakeholders and pain points, and to generate qualified leads.
Sign approximately 7 contracts to reach €350K ARR (about €50K per contract). Manage sales cycles of 6–12 months.
Improve the Vizzia Safety sales playbook: messaging, sales methodology, prospecting sequences and field learnings, to lay the foundation for a scalable team.
Autonomous and fully proficient in SaaS sales techniques, from prospecting to closing.
Exceptional energy and interpersonal skills: able to adapt to and engage any type of stakeholder.
Performance-driven: comfortable with pressure to deliver results and motivated to exceed targets.
Resilient and eager to learn: able to sell and differentiate the product in a competitive environment. Willing to continuously improve, iterate on the pitch and methods, and raise the level of the team and Vizzia.
Entrepreneurial experience or go-to-market experience is a plus.
Experience selling to local authorities/public sector is a plus.
