About the role

  • Customer service representative supporting international sales for Zwiesel Kristallglas. Handling customer inquiries, order processing, and data management in the glass manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Customer support and advisory services
  • Preparation and review of quotations
  • Order processing, data entry, data maintenance and reporting/analysis
  • Handling complaints as well as payment and dunning processes

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial occupation (e.g., Industrial Clerk) (m/f/d)
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge desirable
  • Very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong customer orientation
