Customer Success Manager supporting DACH clients in leveraging recruitment technology for growth. Focusing on onboarding, retention, and customer satisfaction within a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Help DACH customers succeed by turning recruitment technology into tangible business impact, from onboarding through long-term growth
Guide customers through structured onboarding and implementation projects, from intake to go-live
Manage a portfolio of customers in the DACH region and serve as their primary point of contact at RecruitNow
Drive product adoption, improve NPS, and secure long-term retention
Proactively identify risks, opportunities, optimization potential, and scalability improvements
Requirements
2–3 years' experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within a SaaS company or scale-up
Experience with recruitment software, HR tech, or ATS platforms is a strong plus
Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Clear and effective communication skills (online, phone, email, presentations)
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
