Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key retail partners
  • Work closely with sales leadership to implement growth strategies, manage accounts, and deliver results
  • Develop pricing strategies and optimize based on market trends
  • Drive new sales and foster long-term business relationships
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analyze data, and conduct market research
  • Tailor strategies to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Represent the company at major trade fairs
  • Manage new projects and tasks ensuring successful execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, Swedish would be a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development
  • Highly driven, independent, and reliable
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and market dynamics
  • Proficient in sales forecasting, reporting, and managing multiple accounts and projects
  • Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
