About the role

  • Key Account Manager working within the Aeronautics Account Management team at Expleo in Toulouse. Responsible for executing annual account plans and ensuring contract profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the annual account plan with the associated budget/forecast, ensuring its implementation and achievement
  • Provide financial and resource forecasts, monitoring actual progress against the budget
  • Ensure contracts are properly executed, paid, and profitable
  • Contribute to defining medium-term economic and strategic outlooks
  • Implement the commercial strategy for accounts in terms of pricing policy and positioning
  • Conduct and continuously update market analyses and client mapping to ensure identification and anticipation of future major contracts/projects
  • Identify, develop, and win new sales by leveraging forecasts from existing clients, inbound leads, and follow-ups
  • Identify client issues and proactively propose solutions
  • Manage the entire opportunity lifecycle with client stakeholders
  • Promote new service offerings that align with client needs, industry trends, and Expleo's strategy
  • Identify and deploy new offerings and cross-selling opportunities
  • Implement the initiatives and collaborations required across departments to develop new client offers/solutions and allocate resources
  • Position Expleo as a preferred partner by regularly meeting key decision-makers at clients, partners, and suppliers within the scope.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in engineering, business engineering, or from a business school
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience, preferably gained in a service company or in the aerospace industry
  • Demonstrated persistence, analytical mindset, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills
  • A working level of English is required.
