Responsibilities
Responsible for developing assigned National OCS Distributors in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
Promotes organization initiatives to assigned customers in order to meet strategic new business objectives and grow existing customer volume and revenue
Focuses on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business to meet strategic business objectives
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization's business; executing contracts; and account and brand forecasting
Works within long term (3-5 years) sales strategies to deliver consistent revenue and share growth at assigned accounts
Establish key relationships with leading accounts
Create product demand and Brand preference with these identified accounts
Create strategic account management plans built around account growth strategies, price management, product conversion initiatives and marketing opportunities
Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities and deliver profitable sales targets established annually
Requirements
BS degree required
Experience with an emphasis in a technical or marketing field required
Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in the plumbing industry and related markets required.
