About the role

  • Aushilfe HR Services Professional in Zurich providing administrative support for HR processes and team collaboration. Contributing to HR operations and improving service quality in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer all HR processes (e.g., onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, data changes)
  • Ensure their timely and accurate execution and prepare all related documents such as employment contracts, amendments, and agreements
  • Draft and review employment and interim references as well as employment confirmations
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Optimize HR processes and ensure they comply with client requirements and legal regulations
  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational qualification or Matura (Swiss secondary school leaving certificate)
  • Additional HR training advantageous (e.g., HR Assistant; HR Specialist)
  • Experience in HR administration within an HR Shared Services environment
  • Understanding of HR processes and Swiss labor law
  • Service- and solution-oriented personality
  • Detail-oriented and accurate working style
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent German and English (C1–C2); French and/or Italian advantageous
