About the role

  • Analista Resseguros II at Zurich collaborating on reinsurance transactions and supporting KPIs reporting. Role involves interaction with reinsurers and brokers for contract formalization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the corporate inbox for facultative reinsurance offers and proposals, providing proper guidance for each transaction and conducting follow-up tracking.
  • Liaise with reinsurers and brokers during the contractual formalization process and collect supporting documentation.
  • Prepare slips/wordings for facultative placements.
  • Support the accounting and premium forwarding processes for facultative reinsurance.
  • Assist in preparing reports to monitor the area’s KPIs.
  • Support post-bind processes and four-eyes reviews.
  • Provide support during audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge of insurance.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
