Responsibilities
- Manage the corporate inbox for facultative reinsurance offers and proposals, providing proper guidance for each transaction and conducting follow-up tracking.
- Liaise with reinsurers and brokers during the contractual formalization process and collect supporting documentation.
- Prepare slips/wordings for facultative placements.
- Support the accounting and premium forwarding processes for facultative reinsurance.
- Assist in preparing reports to monitor the area’s KPIs.
- Support post-bind processes and four-eyes reviews.
- Provide support during audits and regulatory inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
- Technical knowledge of insurance.
- Intermediate English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
