Responsibilities
Generalist role in People (HR), with a focus on Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, and Performance Evaluation.
Conduct selection processes and support hiring/onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and leaders.
Organize, support, and deliver trainings and internal events, including logistics and follow-up.
Support the structuring and monitoring of People (HR) metrics, reports, and analyses.
Work closely with leadership, supporting business demands and people development.
Support internal communication, culture, and engagement initiatives.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of People (HR) processes.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, training, development, and support for leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
Courses or specializations in Human Resources, such as competency-based interviewing, performance management, development, or related topics.
Prior experience in service companies, especially in the healthcare sector.
