- Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server on-premises environments
- Administer virtualized servers in Hyper-V
- Implement and manage backup solutions
- Administer and monitor Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat) servers
- Configure and maintain web services (Apache, IIS)
- Manage SQL Server databases (basic to intermediate)
- Manage next-generation firewalls (SonicWall or similar)
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure with Mikrotik routers and managed Cisco switches
- Manage corporate wireless environments with Ubiquiti UniFi
- Implement and support network authentication using Microsoft NPS (RADIUS)
- Document procedures, policies, and environments clearly and in an auditable manner
- Apply governance best practices based on ITIL and ITSM tools
- Propose continuous improvements in infrastructure, security, and monitoring
- Support development teams, information security, and advanced users
