About the role

  • Junior Analyst preparing annual budgets and enhancing client experience for Localiza&Co. Contributing to decision-making and managing operational indicators to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing the operation's annual budget, ensuring adherence through continuous monitoring of financial results and operational KPIs;
  • Conduct monthly forecast reviews, adjusting projections according to changing conditions in each area to maintain accuracy;
  • Ensure achievement of the objectives defined in the budget by cascading targets to all employees, promoting strategic alignment;
  • Ensure strategies are tested and that results are shared to support decision-making;
  • Support decision-making by preparing and updating the RMR and other information files for leadership/directors;
  • Contribute to indicator management using quartile, ranking, and classification methodologies for the operation;
  • Improve the customer experience by enhancing processes and reducing customer contacts.

Requirements

  • University degree (completed);
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Knowledge of SQL;
  • Advanced skills in executive presentations;
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
