Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing the operation's annual budget, ensuring adherence through continuous monitoring of financial results and operational KPIs;
- Conduct monthly forecast reviews, adjusting projections according to changing conditions in each area to maintain accuracy;
- Ensure achievement of the objectives defined in the budget by cascading targets to all employees, promoting strategic alignment;
- Ensure strategies are tested and that results are shared to support decision-making;
- Support decision-making by preparing and updating the RMR and other information files for leadership/directors;
- Contribute to indicator management using quartile, ranking, and classification methodologies for the operation;
- Improve the customer experience by enhancing processes and reducing customer contacts.
