About the role
- Logistics Planning Analyst ensuring efficiency in production processes at Schaeffler. Focus on material availability and compliance with global standards in logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment and efficiency of logistics processes in production, in accordance with global standards.
- Ensure adequate availability of materials and products, prevent excesses or shortages, and ensure production processes have the necessary support to operate efficiently.
- Train and ensure compliance with intra-logistics movement standards and procedures (physical and system-based);
- Gather and define local process requirements for production orders and production inventories;
- Support the implementation and roll-out of global standards and policies within the area of responsibility;
- Monitor local process compliance according to established Inventory Management guidelines (WIP and semi-finished goods);
- Prepare reports related to deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Ensure process adherence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Production/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
- Experience with SAP R/3 and material master data;
- Experience in production controlling and/or industrial engineering (process costing, work center setup, routing, BOM, and production version);
- Experience in process management;
- Experience in production logistics;
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus;
- Advanced Excel;
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Knowledge of LIBRAS (Brazilian Sign Language) is desirable.
