About the role

  • HR Advisory Professional responding to employee inquiries via various channels at Zurich. Focus on HR processes and team collaboration in a diverse linguistic environment.

Responsibilities

  • You handle incoming inquiries via the HR portal, chat, email or telephone
  • You provide immediate solutions or involve the appropriate HR specialist teams when needed
  • You administer HR-relevant processes and ensure their timely and accurate execution
  • You maintain data in SAP (HR module) or SuccessFactors
  • You support the optimization of HR processes and projects

Requirements

  • Commercial basic training (vocational business apprenticeship) — additional HR training is an advantage
  • Flexibility and a strong customer focus
  • High IT affinity and a quick grasp of new information
  • Service- and solution-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent German and good English skills; French or Italian is a plus
