About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and continually improve field training for Clinical Specialists and Technical Specialists
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all clinical field training programs
- Build and maintain core training content covering clinical knowledge, implantation workflow, device programming, and key data
- Develop training tools and programs that support effective skill development and consistent field performance
- Provide programmer training and education to support optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with Medical Education and subject matter experts to develop and deliver customer-facing education
- Partner with Field Leadership to monitor new-hire progression and support certification decisions
- Support new product launches, as needed
- Assess training needs and implement targeted solutions that improve field capability
- Maintain adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with implantable medical devices required
- Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management preferred
- Experience with sleep medicine a plus
- 2+ years of experience with developing and/or implementing clinical training programs or curriculum design strongly preferred
- IBHRE a plus
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Proactive, resourceful, and accountable
- Ability to travel (including overnight stays) up to 25-60% as needed
