About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and support for talent strategy execution
- Design, develop, and refine talent management programs

- Standardize talent processes and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team for workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Provide external perspective and benchmarking for best practices
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness/development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to learn the business and align business objectives and talent priorities
- Proven success in translating vision into actionable strategies and anticipating future workforce demands
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive data-driven decisions
- Experience with change management frameworks and tools to assist with organizational change processes
