About the role

  • Talent Partner overseeing talent strategy and management programs at Zoetis. Collaborating with HR leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and support for talent strategy execution
  • Design, develop, and refine talent management programs
  • Act as an internal consultant to HRBPs and senior leadership
  • Manage key metrics (KPIs) related to talent
  • Standardize talent processes and governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team for workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Provide external perspective and benchmarking for best practices

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness/development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to learn the business and align business objectives and talent priorities
  • Proven success in translating vision into actionable strategies and anticipating future workforce demands
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive data-driven decisions
  • Experience with change management frameworks and tools to assist with organizational change processes
