Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and support for talent strategy execution
Design, develop, and refine talent management programs
Act as an internal consultant to HRBPs and senior leadership
Manage key metrics (KPIs) related to talent
Standardize talent processes and governance frameworks
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team for workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
Provide external perspective and benchmarking for best practices
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness/development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to learn the business and align business objectives and talent priorities
Proven success in translating vision into actionable strategies and anticipating future workforce demands
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive data-driven decisions
Experience with change management frameworks and tools to assist with organizational change processes
