About the role

  • Account Management Partner for Kyndryl, driving proactive account growth and developing customer relationships in technology systems. Collaborates with sales teams to ensure successful management and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
  • Drive proactive account growth and minimize erosion in renewals
  • Develop and execute account strategies for successful growth and retention
  • Collaborate with sales team members for a seamless management process
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities
  • Lead portfolio or strategic accounts and expand existing work

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience running account P&L
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • X years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
