About the role

  • Strategic SDR generating and qualifying pipeline for mid-market and enterprise clients. Driving revenue growth through effective outreach and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound strategy: cold calls, cold emails, and smart LinkedIn engagement
  • Deep dive into accounts, map buying groups, and tailor outreach
  • Qualify leads and support deal progression with AEs
  • Work closely with Marketing & Partnerships on campaigns and events
  • Use Hubspot, Outreach, and data to optimise your pipeline

Requirements

  • 3+ years in outbound SDR roles (B2B SaaS or similar)
  • Proven success targeting senior stakeholders in complex orgs
  • Experience with MEDPIC, Outreach, Hubspot, and Sales Navigator
  • Sharp writing, confident calling, and strong commercial instincts
  • Motivated, coachable, and always looking for a smarter way to work
