About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at Logistikbude GmbH, a B2B software company solving logistics issues. Responsible for lead generation and customer engagement in the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • You identify and research potential customers and contacts in the logistics industry.
  • You proactively reach out to potential customers, analyze their needs, and qualify leads for the further sales process.
  • You organize and schedule qualified meetings or product demos.
  • You document all activities and keep our CRM data up to date.
  • You work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to continuously improve lead generation and the sales process.
  • You analyze market trends and develop new strategies for approaching potential customers together with the team.
  • You support the team at trade shows and events to make new contacts and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Initial practical experience in sales, sales development, or customer outreach — ideally in the SaaS or logistics sector, but not required.
  • Completed commercial training or a degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics) or an equivalent qualification.
  • You are an excellent communicator, a good listener, and persuade others with your personable manner.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You work independently, are motivated, and are eager to develop yourself and our processes further.
  • You are organized, work in a structured way, and enjoy getting into new topics.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools.
