About the role

  • Sales Development Representative identifying and qualifying leads for AccessiWay, a digital accessibility leader. Collaborating with Account Executives and marketing teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound inquiries.
  • Schedule and manage demos for Account Executives, supporting the full sales cycle.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and internal teams to maximize business outcomes.
  • Use the CRM to manage pipeline, forecasts and daily activities in a structured way.
  • Stay informed about trends in digital accessibility, regulations and the market.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity and eagerness to learn, actively contributing to the growth of the Sales team.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales or lead-generation roles.
  • Strong drive, results orientation and resilience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and client-relations skills.
  • Ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, Lusha, Apollo).
  • Native or fluent French and good command of English.
