Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals, with the freedom to shape your approach 🎯
Build and manage a high-impact pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets and drive company growth 📊
Engage with key prospects to deeply understand their pain points and demonstrate how our solution can solve them 🗣️
Lead dynamic product demos and negotiations to secure high-value deals and long-term partnerships 💼
Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate, data-driven forecasts to guide strategy ✅
Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to refine strategies and achieve team success 🤝

Requirements
5+ years of experience in a sales role
Proven track record in closing deals
Strong pipeline management skills
Ability to engage with key prospects
Excellent negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems
Experience working in a team-oriented environment
Understanding of data ownership in hiring
