About the role

  • Sales Representative driving new market acquisition while managing existing B2B client relationships. Collaborating closely with team leader to contribute to company growth and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • New business development with drive: You actively open up new markets in your postal code area and build your own customer network
  • Account management with a measured approach: You professionally manage existing business customers and develop them strategically
  • From first contact to closing: You are the central point of contact—whether during cold calls, on-site customer meetings, or at contract signing
  • Teamwork with responsibility: In close cooperation with our Sales Manager, you contribute to the growth of our company
  • Scope for initiative: With your ideas and expertise you contribute to projects and actively help shape the future of our company

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in services or technical services
  • Passion for new customer acquisition: With your hunter mentality you win new clients, motivate those around you, and develop existing relationships for the long term
  • Strong character, confident negotiator, and genuinely hands-on
  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
  • Tech‑savvy and proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
