Responsibilities
New-customer acquisition with drive: You actively open up new markets within your postal-code area and build your own customer network
Account management with judgement: You professionally manage existing business customers and develop them strategically
From first contact to closing: You are the central point of contact—whether during cold calls, at on-site customer meetings, or when finalizing contracts

Requirements
At least two years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the services sector or technical services
Passion for new-customer acquisition—your hunter mentality wins new clients, energizes your environment, and develops existing relationships for the long term
Strong character, confident in negotiations, and a genuine hands-on mentality
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Excellent written and spoken German
Tech-savvy and proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
Valid Class B driver's license
